Former Kyrgyz prime minister: Global South to become active builder of new order利好

"The Global South is no longer a silent partner.It has become an active architect of the new world order,"former prime minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Djoomart Otorbaev said at the Global Strategic Dialogue(2026)in Beijing,co-hosted by the Chinese Academy（ASO） of Social Sciences and China Daily.
